I got a problem with windows installing
October 30th, 2013
get Hiren’s bootCD, boot from it and delete the partition and recreate and set it to “active”
then boot your windows disk and install to the new partition
You should be able to format the disk from the windows installation.

ok i burn the hiren bootcd and i put it in but it says windows boot manager
Windows failed to start. a recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem
1 put the windows installer and restart the comp
2. choose your language setting
3. click repair your computer
File : \Boot\BCD
status 0xc000000f
info: an error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data
do you know any problems?

an other option is to boot directly from the CD using the boot screen’s “Boot Menu” option (maybe F10 or F12)

You should be able to format the disk from the windows installation.
