print any document, all became black. why? how i can solve it? is it related to fuser unit?
Answer #1
Have you tried calibrating from the printer’s control panel?
At the front of the printer, use the left and right arrows to find the “System Setup” menu and press “OK”.
Now find the “Print Quality” menu and press “OK”.
Find the “Color Calibration” menu and press “OK”
Select “Calibrate Now” and press “OK”
The printer should spend a minute or two “Calibrating…”
You may want to try repeating this process two or three times.
EDIT:
Also see if this helps:

Not sure what you mean. Are you saying it prints the page in all black (literally)
or that it prints it fine (But in black when it’s suppose to print it in colour ?)
Answer #3
Roberto: it covered with all black color. i dont know why… headache. sorry for my late feedback. : try to calibrate… still got same result. even replace new toner
1 more unit, hp CP1525n. black toner became greyscale, but color toner in good condition. also replace with new toner. but still got same result. anyone have any opinion for it?
* i dont know if CP1515 & 1525 is failure product from HP.. if can be repaired, im worried it will happen again. sigh~~
Answer #4
Does printing a status page from the printer itself (IE using the menu buttons) print in all black or just from the computer? That should tell you whether it’s a printer issue or something on your computer.
Answer #5
Even im using other machine, it still gave me same result. and i expect it’s printer faulty.
Answer #6
check if the the part called – xerographic – is maybe the problem …
