Why would you want to?
If you must, NotePad is located here:
C:\Windows\system32\notepad.exe
Just delete notepad.exe.
But if you remove it, it might cause problems.

You might be able to un-install it from the list of installed components. I really dont see why you want to remove notepad though. Just associate files to whatever your preferred doc reader is.

I dont think you can uninstall windows default programs, though try looking in control panel > uninstall programs > left side, turn off windows features

Boot in safe-mode and delete it manually.
Basically, we don’t recommend this thing to do.

notepad is a single file, so to “uninstall” it all you do is delete it.
but doing that is absolutely pointless.

You cannot uninstall Notepad.. Manually deleting will do you no good, because the Application is stored deep within the system..
