How to set up XML driven Flash Tag Cloud ?

XML driven Flash Tag Cloud by ArtViper is great and unusual kind of menu or option picker that looks like glass sphere with rotating option, even with images! By click of user a hyperlink is triggered and open new page. On web page of creator http://www.artviper.net/website-design/xml-flash-tag-cloud.php is option for free download but after un-zipp there were few files and readme.txt with weak instruction. I tried last couple of days to solve it and finally decided to ask for help here.
Is anybody here made it functional?

I saw your web page, but can you explain what I shall to do in order to get same effect? There are a two folders and few files:
<flashsources>
<js>
closeTags.php
credits.txt
deleteclouds.php
license.txt
readme.txt
text_and_image_cloud.swf
transformcloud.php
(inside js are mootools javascript files) Thanks again.

All I did was delete 3 of the 4 scripts in the head section of the html file and change the text in the xml file. You can view the xml file:
http://flashtagclouddemo.awardspace.info/cloud_data.xml
and just view page source to see the html.
I didn’t add anything or modify any code.
Edit: I did stuff up the xml now I’ve seen it again. The lines without http:// before the www won’t work
You get the idea but.
