How to send mass mail?

I have phpbb3 ,and i want to send to all members one message,if someone want to say me how?

lol well i dont have a phpbb3. You should ask a mod (PM) and they could help you, (since they use it )
you might need a plug in

I must say phpBB3 is lush! Have a look around the Admin CP, or Google it or check phpBBs forums.

It should say something about Administrative Message. Just play around in the CP for a while, and you should find it.
