How To Resize Partition On Windows Vista?

Hi, just wondering how do you resize partition on windows vista as I’m in Disk Management now, I have a C drive: 54.26gb. D Drive: 120.64GB, E Drive 120.75GB & F Drive 2.44GB, how do I put Drive F to Drive E altogether so the total would be 123.19gb? Please reply back as soon as possible.
