I will attempt to help you.
First off the obvious question of do you have a Custom Firmware?
If you answered yes to this question then proceed. If you dont have a custom firmware you will have to get one and that’s offtopic so either look that up or PM me.
Now are you putting the .iso/.cso file into the ISO folder on the root of your PSP memorystick.
If you are and its still not working try this: Press Select or Home on your PSP and make sure that its set to SonyNp9660.
It should work now.
