how to make web address change to IP automatically

Hello guys,
I’m trying to download from megaupload but its blocked in my network. when I change the the ~ Dead file host ~ to 174.140.154.24, I can access it but when I start download the link address can not be changed to ip address automatically.
does anyone know how to make the address changes to ip address automatically?

In your host file set megaupload’s ip-address to 174.140.154.24 . Also, you might want to change your downloading port of megaupload to something else beside 80. If you are downloading from a school, I’d highly suggest that you do not. You could get in trouble for obtain copyright materials.

I tried to change megaupload in the host file but didn’t work, its still blocked. could you explain more?
