how to make kitserver for pes 2010 working on windows 7

i tried lots of stuff to make it work, but i always get this message

compatibility mode doesn’t help…
i downloaded last kitserver 9.13
anybody can help me?

tried reinstalling pes ? save the save data elsewhere and replace with new one

i don’t want to run xp just because of this game
anybody with similar problem actually solved?
