How to install or play downloaded games/movies on your psp

I know someone that have a PSP and he saw some movies and games here that he want to download to play on his PSP.
But he doens’t have any idea if he downloaded the stuff what he needs todo to play that game or movie, I don’t have any idea either.
I hope someone can help us.
