How to hook Ps3 to my lcd monitor?

If i get a HDMI cable. plug it into my ps3 and back of my monitor will it play?
Of couse if u put it in the right slot it will
(In this case the HDMI ports/slots)
yea make sure your monitor support HDMI, like mine does so u can just plug and play. Seeing as though it has 2 ports should be np for u
