How to download these videos in good quality? [SOLVED]

I downloaded both IDM and jDownloader. But how do I start download once I get them? I don’t see any option that says download video.

It is enabled, and when I go on YouTube for example it shows small icon above video, but on this site it doesn’t show anything. I still haven’t downloaded this, tried tons of stuff….

You need IDM to be integrated into your browser. What browser do you use?

I use FireFox. It is integrated in FireFox, and as I said it doesn’t show me option to download video.
