How to convert DVDs

Need help please.
I downloaded a DVD from a torrent,there is a folder called ‘VIDEO_TS’.
Inside are a number of files with exts like ‘bup’ ‘vob etc.
I installed Power DVD Rip Studio,but it won’t recognise these files to convert.
Any ideas please?

either burn it to watch it at your DVD

I didn’t fully understand which one you wanted, but i think it is the second, right?

Video_TS/Audio_TS are actual dvd .vob files which come from a dvd from the store.
I use VOB2MPEG doesn’t take very long and keeps the quality. Easy to re-encode from there.

DVDFab 6 can do either..
Use ‘write data’ to burn your VIDEO_TS folder to a blank dvd to make a normal dvd movie…
Use DVDtoMobile(generic) to convert the movie into an .avi file if that’s what you want..

or if you just want to play on your pc then download klm codec from
http://www.codecguide.com/download_mega.htm install it and nothing will stop you from playing it.
