How to clean a Malware Doctor spyware

Anyone has a portable program that can clean Malware Doctor virus, I used the latest stinger (from Mcafee), but it didn’t work. And my eset smart security is not running at all, and I can’t install any new programs. What to do?

Xoftspy didn’t work. Unbelievable.
I just formatted it. And the bug appeared when I tried to update Eset smart security and now it’s not able to run at all.
