How safe is iXtreme LT 1.1 for XBL?

I’m not new to the Xbox scene, I know there’s always a risk of getting banned…however is it pretty safe (for the time being) to play burnt games on a LiteOn with iXtreme LT 1.1?

I found a guy on Craigslist that flashed my drive earlier today for $25. It was gonna cost me double that for the supplies to do it myself. I’m driving home now, hoping to not get insta-banned when I connect it to Live in a little bit.

I doubt you will be insta banned but overtime is what I am concerned about could you let me know your experience please?
