How reliable are Windows 7 Activators?

January 21st, 2020

Need to upgrade from WinXP in a few months. Been trying to get a “student” deal and shopping around but Win7 is still $100 or so.
How reliable are these Activators? There are so many out there and many are from 2009 and I have no idea how well they work. I don’t want to have to re-install Windows whenever a new patch comes out and it disables the operating system from loading. Which ones would you recommend?

Answer #1
Daz loader, never had any problems when I ran Windows 7.
Answer #2
As said, Windows loader by Daz
It emulates SLIC 2.1 (in the MBR) that can be put in the Bios of OEM PCs.
It’s like Windows 7 has been paid for by the PC maker. (Dell etc).
Therefore Windows can be activated by a suitable OEM key.
All is then fully genuine, no files are changed, altered or slaughtered and all updates, service packs and Microsoft apps may be used.

And read the notes that come with it..all very easy..Just don’t use an “N” version of Windows as there are no suitable Keys available!
Win 7 Ultimate SP1 U in x86 or x64, as required, is the most popular
You can download the official untouched versions from here..

To put it on a DVD or USB you can use this..

During install, if it asks for a license key, just bypass that and keep going till it is all installed, up and running…Then apply the Loader.
This method started with Vista, but Micro$oft obviously woke up to all this with Windows 8, so the OEM branding idea and SLIC tables in Bios no longer applies!

You may have to reboot and try a couple of times.
Also you have to allow IE to install an active X.
And maybe you need to do any Windows updates first…
It can also be done through Firefox, but you have to install the requested plug in..

After I installed all the updates and went to www.microsoft.com/genuine/activate it asked for $109 to buy a Genuine copy. And when I went to Properties of MyComputer to check if its validated and the page is messed up, its missing all the text.
Answer #9
You sure you didn’t use some crap like Remove Wat ? Bit strange!
Run Watfix and then reboot.
Then run the loader again.
