How do I make it where I have 2 internet connections?

Currently I have 1 WiFi connection, and I have an extra router to use. How do I make it where I can connect to another internet connection. A scenario would be if Were to download torrents, would the other internet connection be affected? Browsing speed wise.

Without tunneling, you can only use one Internet connection.

i know someone who has 2 wifi internet connections. How did he do that?

Wifi connections are displayed in windows , how many is possible, but at the same time you can connect just to one of them not more.
