How do i make a really cool .gif avatar and signature?

i keep trying to upload small files but they just dont seem to work can anyone help? i really want a cool avatar and signature!

Upload you signature Image here:
http://tinypic.com/
Click on the browse button:

Select the Image from your Hard Drive…
Click on the Upload Button:

Leave the tinypic page open…
On the top of the page on Click on Profile:

Go back on tinypic page and copy the link with the link with the [IMG][/IMG] tags:

Go back on Profile and Paste the link like it’s shown in the image bellow:

In a couple of minutes you signature will be workin…

only problem is that w-bb only allows you to have a avatar less than 11 kb and most .gif images are over 100 kb :S it sucks is there anyway of compressing the .gif file?

yes there is.just go to gifworks.comupload you gif pic and edit it.you can resize it to make it less kb or reduce color.
