How can I take the audio from a video? need help thanks

Looking to get audio from a video like from Youtube and turn the audio into a mp3 format. Thanks for the help I appreciate it. Looking for a very easy program too.

If you done a search on google for it. You would have found ton of link’s to save the audio from videos. Google comes in handy try it sometimes. xD
