How can I stop the key for Wing FTP Server being blocked?

Can anyone please tell me how I can stop the registration key for Wing FTP Server 4.1.3 Corporate Edition from being blocked.
The key works for about 30 minutes and then throws up an error saying that the key has been used to many times and it disables my domain.
Is there anyway in Windows firewall that I can block this? I’ve looked and there seems to be about 5 rules for Wing FTP Server but which one do I block??

Grab the IP of their licensing server and drop it.
iptables -I OUTPUT -d 1.2.3.4 -j DROP

Same principal, find the IP and block it in outbound rules:
