How can i make fb profile cover like this?

I wanna make my profile cover like this,how can i do it?

Start with the dimensions of the actual size of the cover that is required first in say photoshop, then screenshot the original then slowly shrink each image til it looks like the above. Simple process wouldnt take no more than 10mins.
