how can i find a good moderator

i need a good moderator… who knows how to handle a sitution.
is there anyone who knows… how to find a good mods..
let me know.. as i am needing a MODS.

no… the sig is just a site for playing games. , i just wanna know.. what does moderator do afterall…
as i myself have never been a mod or super mod… just wanted to know.. Do moderator help admin or just relax…
