How am I gonna Install XP SP3 ?

I’ve just downloaded a copy of XP SP3 . But I don’t know how to create and write the files to CD and make it bootable or some thin’ like that. Can anyone help me ?
You should have an ISO…It should be already bootable…Follow those simple steps to burn the iso to CD:
Download Nero Burning Rom..Install….Run Nero..
Close the New Compilation Window..
From the Recorder drop down menu..Select Burn Image..
Select the ISO Image:
Click on the Burn button:
