Hotmail and MSN not working

I did a scan with eset and nothing…
I cleared all my history and all private data etc…nothing…
I used a different browser..nothing…
My msn wont log on ….and hotmail just wont load up…i cant even get to the sign in page…
Using firefox…and windows XP…

Clear your history.. than try and log in .. dat will help
