[Help] I cant sign up on hotmail.com ?

Hi guys , im trying to open a new E-mail on messenger , and i tried on hotmail.com , but didnt work ! i tried with @msn.com , and it didnt work too ??
Plz i need any website , so i can register a new e-mail ?
Thnx any help would be appreciated ?

mail.live.com

You can use any email address you want for msn.
Just make the e-mail address and then register it @ passport dot net.

As if you’d use hotmail anymore. You can use any email these days for msn, and they dont get filled with trashy spam, and doesn’t forward it to all your contacts. Hotmail is waaaay to dodgy to use anymore. =/
