Help/Advice with 40gb(FAT) PS3

I’m looking to Jailbreak/homebrew my PS3 so that I can play downloaded games etc.
My questions are;
– If I do so, can I still play online on games such as Black Ops?
– Are there any restrictions I face?
– What’s the easiest guide/method to use?
– Can it be done on the latest firmware?
Any help is appreciated; if it’s worth mentioning, I have an Android Phone(I hear you can jailbreak using them?) and a 16GB USB stick available to use.
Not quite sure how to do it so any help is appreciated.

if you jailbreak, you cant play online (from what i know)
there are guides on warez bb it think, just do a full search
the latest firmware cannot be jailbroken
not sure about about using your android phone
