Help with Windows 7

I have a cracked version of Windows 7, now i have a message on the bottom right corner of the screen that says this copy of windows 7 is not genuine, is this an issue?
And how do I resolve it?

what crack you use.. and did you install the update KB971033

Try using WAT removal….
Such as…
