Your teacher is probably using SMARTsynch aka SyncronEyes.

Smart Sync classroom management software (formerly SynchronEyes) allows teachers to monitor what each student is doing on a student computer
Anyways, you can shut ‘er down, control individual computers, broadcast what you are doing to all others, or use another remote PC and broadcast the remote to PC to everyone else. It’s not silent like a ghost. For that you might want to check out LogMein Pro or something. But your school definitely uses the above software.

Yes, I am pretty sure that it will connect each time they log onto Windows. I’m not sure how to keep the other users from removing those files, unless you demote their user privileges from Admin to another limited account.
You could try to fool them into believing they can not uninstall the program by hiding it in the Control Panel’s Add/Remove Programs bit.
Hide programs and applications listed in Add or Remove:
Go to Start/Run/Regedit and navigate to this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
Locate the program in you want to hide in the left pane. In the right pane, right click DisplayName and select rename:  Add Quiet so it will read:
QuietDisplayName.  You do not have to do anything more. No resaving, nothing. No reboot or refresh.
Open Add or Remove - the listing is gone.  To replace it, rename back to DisplayName.

That’s what’s up
