HELP! Sinking Island

Hi everyboby, can you tell me what is the best place were I can download Sinking Island by Sokal!?
I downloaded yesterday but I get a long list of files (ldr.ss1.r0…or something like that..) and I don’t know how can I transform them in a game…!!!!
Please someone help me…!!!

You need to unpack the rar files to get a game image, which u can burn to a DVD disc.

you need to un-rar it with winrar or if its numbered like 001 then u need to combine it with HJsplit

ok, I just downloaded HJSPLIT and WINRAR. Now I’m downloading Sinking Island from BitTorrent 6.1.1……so, after I have the long list of all the files of the game, what do I have to do…?

Doubleclick on the first rar file. Usually named .001 or .rar then extract the files. Then you will most likely get a ISO image file, which you can burn to a DVD and the install it or mount it with Daemon tools.
There is loads of tutorials on how to use Daemon tools. Google for it.

Hi guys, you were all very kind and I followed your suggestions, but…..at the last step I found some difficulties because I downloaded Daemon tools and it seeems not to work…can you help me once again telling me where can I find the ‘right’ Daemon tools…? I have Sinking Island ready to be played on my desktop…I can’t wait for playing it!!!!!

anybody there…? Ok, this is the last thing: I finally have Daemon tool, the green icon near the clock(before it was red), if I click on it with the right botton of the mouse it compares: virtual cd–> unit [:E] C ……/sinking island.exe
Ok, and now!!???? I have the icon of the game on my desktop but if I doubleclick it it says insert cd.
If I doubleclick on unit [E:] it says that the file could be damaged…

you have to right click on the image and select “mount on virtual drive” and whatever the virtual drive name is. your problem should be gone.

Thanks Falcon, now when I click on Sinking Island it begins the music of the game and I can see a picture of it with some comands and with play, if I click play it asks me to insert cd ! I don’t understand, it seems that the game is installed, but it wants cd…!
Do you think that I have to download the game again?
