Get your money back because your main windows file was hacked with a malware.
I bet its a OS you did not buy legit, this usually only happens when you get a crap copy.
Next, XP is up to sp3,why would you install a sp2 xp.
When you get a real copy of windows, or a good hack version, you will need to wipe your drive with boot&nuke,
because windows format sucks. Never install a OS on a used HD without using a wipe tool, never rely on windows format.

What is wipe tool? and Is not there any solution to handle this kaspersky showing.
Somebody tell me what is kaspersky is showing?
Answer #3
It is the same as formatting, but as I said windows format sucks, a wioe tool such as boot&nuke will clean the drive so it will be 100% clean.
It you only installed the OS and this happened, then no the OS is corrupt,if you installed something after
you installed windows, then it might be ok. So you would have to wipe the drive, install windows, install your chipset and all drivers, then Kaspersky, and check every file with it before you install it.
Answer #4
To answer other question, Kaspersky is a malware tool,so it is showing you have malware infected in windows main file.
Kaspersky is not a video converter,it is an anti-virus tool, what would you think it will pick up??????????
Answer #5
Looks like you installed a tampered SP, install a clean one from a reputable source.
