HELP! Office for Mac

Hi dudes,
I recently downloaded office 2011 for mac in rar format, after extarcting it it came up with a DMG file. Do I burn this file to CD or do I extract it futher? Also is it the same as a ISO file?

Never extract the iso…DMG is a type of iso…
Mount or burn the DMG file as image and install..

DMG file is a mountable disk image file created in MAC operating system. Try opening using Daemon tools or MagicISO

Oh ok, he doesnt know much about computers (lol) so i thought ill burn it to disk. will it work the same if i burn the DMG to a DVD?
