help naming film

i saw this film about 2 years ago-on bbc-late night.Its about a family in Wales?who live opposite a Asian family and the white family are quite racist but let the daughter of the Asian family hang around with them.The father tries to stop the relationship but ends up getting attacked and killed.
Cant think of title-any help would be great
