HELP!, my windows is BlueScreen

ok, when i’ve in vacation, i turned on the computer and they bluescreen, so i restart the computer to safe mode and run system restore, they said that was a disk failure, but when i’ve tested there is nothing error within the disk, i’ve tryed it may times and also bluescreen, so now i’ve gonna to safe mode and i get the error code, the erroe code is like this:

help me for anyone who had happened this, give me how to solve it, please….

CPU: intel Core2Quad Q8200
VGA: gigabyte nvidia 9800 gt
M/B: intel dp43tf
RAM: VGEN 2x1GB (you may not recognize it in your country, maybe)
HDD: some of seagate 500 gb (i don’t know the model number)
