Help Me Please

Ok, so I’m relatively new to this whole scene. Here is the link to the game I’m trying to download: http://www.google.com?t=421833
I click that link, it takes me to the Rapidshare site. I purchased a premium account from Rapidshare. I downloaded all 14 .rar files. I have WinRAR, so I extracted all 14 of those files… but now what do I do? I have two files on my desktop, one is a .mds and one is a .mdf file, but I don’t have a correct program to read those files? Is there another application that I need to download, or another step to the process? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Download Daemon Tools and mount the .mdf file using daemon tools.

Thank you, I’ll post on here again after I have done so. I’m sorry if this sounded like a dumb question. I’ve read through most of the tutorials and such, but I didn’t download IDM or Flashget or any of that… Does that matter?

feel free to ask anything. There is no such thing as ‘dumb question’ in helpdesk. People come here to cooperate with each other. Also i advice u to download flashget or idm for quick download speed.

Thank you, again. I had to restart my computer for the installation process. So far this site has been amazing. Really quick response time to my question and very nice helpful people. I’ll have to refer some of my friends here too.
BTW, It worked! Thank you thank you thank you! So is this how all the .rar files will work?

not rar files mate. image files!(.mdf, .iso, .bin etc). Have fun!

So only when I extract the .rar files, if there is an image file, such as .mds or etc. then I will need to use Daemon? Anything else that I should know?

well first of all you will know if its an image by reading the detail of the app,game etc that you want to dl…next when you want to mount an image and the open window pops out if you look carefuly you will see that daemon search all file and in () you have all extension posible that daemon knows…. but the most ext that you will use will be .iso
