Help, downloads stuck at 99%

Using a download manager ?
must b ur download manager
Switch browsers, i personally use Safari for its speed.

That’s probably it..Try shutting it off while downloading.
Use your DM to be bypassed by the Widows/IS Firewall and try if it works.
Agreed some AV’s and firewalls will block downloads.
Try turning them off or at least lower the security level before you start downloading.

the problem is taking part at the download manager as well. I changed browser and disabled the NOD and still i have this problem of the download stuck at 99%

Switch Download Manager!
Use IDM:

Check that the destination folder is not full
Try changing destination folder to your root or another partition

got the same problem, exactly the same problem, the download gets stuck at the last 0.01 MB and this has happened from several downloading sources
edit: apparently the problem has solved itself after a few restarts
but what caused it?

Try some other OS.Like Ubuntu.Just try ubuntu without installing it.Then download.Then go to windows then use the file.

if using AVG antivirus, and I speak of experience :p you have to add your download manager to allowed programs :p it’s usually the same thing with online games

It could be your internet, try giving your isp a ring, see if theres any problems on their side.
Is it just smaller files? (under 100mb) or like all files.

I was not using AVG and I did not try download managers(I really hate them)
I am not using any antivieus, I formatted my PC just 2 days ago
I had only tried smaller files
anyway it is solved now, it seemed to be a problem with finishing the download(saving whatever came from the net)
