Help! Can’t connect to a specific website!

I can’t connect to a specific website but can enter it when I use another source of internet (for example my phone’s net).
This is what I get:

the pc u are using , or your network , or your isp , or your Country ,has probably got a limitation on the web sites you can visit ..
Just change the DNS to google DNS i.e. 8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
and issue will be resolved cheers

I just tried that link and it came up nicely (Chinese site) …. I’m in the UK.
