Help with un-rar’ing specific files

And its not a thing I have only tried once or twice – actually it has happened many times.

In the case above this is what happens after I click on the tsg-qlbm.rar
After clicking on the tsg-qlbm.iso I get this

Looks like the files are double packed.
That means you need to extract the first .rar file into a folder, then once you have done that, extract the second archive and you will be left with the .iso.

Ehhhh I dont think I totally get that Could you expaine it a bit more?
“double packed?” How is that when post says file is 4 GB big and that is about 40 fiels as I downloaded?

what about the third and so on?
Whats going on?
Background information
The above case is
– 43 downloaded files
– “unpacked” 29 “rar file” and
– “unpacked” 30-84 strange rar files
you have clicked on the first file tsg.qlbm. rar yes?? and you have right clicked on it and told winrar to extract files i take it yes?? if its the complete archive it should find all the rest and create an iso or video avi or whatever the file creates. and your getting an error message saying some parts missing?? mmmmm only thing i can think of is that some files must be corrupted in some way and need to be re downloaded again.
