How can I make the Server computer detect a new client on the network ?

Probably there are some software out there to do that BUT it will never be 100% accure. IF you want to block all pc’s and only you have aceess is a lot easier.
Tell me what you really want to do or what is really your problem I will hellp you

Now I can’t install the HandyCafe 1.1.16 client in a pc. I get an error that says something like: I/O error bla bla bla.. It may be that I’ve had a newer version before, and now I wan’t to use the old one. I tried revo uninstaller but nothing helps.
