GTA:SA DirectX 9 problem. [solved]

Hey, I re-formated my computer yesterday and i’m using GTA:SA RIP.
(It’s inside the portable hard-drive).
I opened the samp.exe file and entered a server, when the game is starting suddenly pops up an error window that says i need to have this file d3dx9_25.dll
When i press the OK button there’s another message saying i need to have DirectX 9 installed on my PC.

What to do? can someone please give me official link for DirectX 9 which work .

Reinstall Direct X 9. Microsoft should have it.
