Getting then error when emptying the trash on MAC?

I keep getting these errors..
The operation can�t be completed because the item �SkinDownloader.mpq� is in use.
The operation can�t be completed because the item �Blizzard Downloader� is in use.
The operation can�t be completed because the item �com.blizzard.Blizzard Downloader.prefs� is in use.
How do I get rid of this problem..

run terminal and paste this
sudo rm -rf ~/.Trash
it should help. if it doesn’t try use Trash X
