Game setup help?

I get this error when running a batch setup for a game that I downloaded here (call of duty 4).
If you can help then I’ll worship you. You can have a nice shiney place in my signature (if you actually care haha).

Extract the files to your C drive and make sure ALL the files you need are in the same place as the CMD file

Pretty much looks like a corrupt batch file, which someones made. Try another download, maybe an FTP or direct link if your Rapidshare Free user and not a premium user.

Here’s an image it’s alot simpler to install, but like 8 GB i think
You can mount it on a virtual drive, then you don’t have to burn it… plus its too big…

After you get it, extract with Winrar. You will get an image file
Get Daemon Tools:
Install Daemon Tools and use it to mount the COD4 image. You might need YASU to run the game,
but i think it didnt work for me so… i think i got a NoDVD from:

Use Alchol 120% or DAEMON Tools, or if its an ISO burn to a DVD.

did all the files extract properly
what folder did you put them in
that’s the folder you need to be in instead of “windows/system32”
not sure this will work ….
go to the folder you extracted to and create a text doc with
cmd.exe
as the only text, save it, rename it to “cmd.bat”
double click “cmd.bat” and it should open in the folder it is in
now type the command that you start the rebuilding with or the file name you clicked to get the above window and hit enter

open the .bat, and copy the contents here, we’ll check it, some dumb .bat makers put their folder names , so if you put in any folder it wont work, MUST BE the folder they putted.

I’ve done that loads of times but I’ll do it again.

put the above in a batch file in the folder and run it, see what happens
it’s not getting past this point

OK I did that and it did loads of stuff for about 20 mins with “.ogg” files, but after 20 minutes it came up with the “cannot execute…” again, it like spammed the screen.
I’ve downloaded a full version that I’ll just mount to a virtual drive I can’t be bothered with this .bat setups anymore lol.

it's not getting past this pointOK I did that and it did loads of stuff for about 20 mins with “.ogg” files, but after 20 minutes it came up with the “cannot execute…” again, it like spammed the screen.
I’ve downloaded a full version that I’ll just mount to a virtual drive I can’t be bothered with this .bat setups anymore lol.
