Game files problem

I downloaded the game called “CALL OF DUTY 4 MODERN WARFARE-RAZOR1911″from here:

as author mentioned install note :
1. Extract RARs 2. Mount or Burn iso 3. Install 4. Use this serial: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 5. Copy Crack over original files 6. Embrace Razor1911 forever Razor 1911 Greetings ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ To the honorable competition.
but after I extract RAR find these files no ISO image:

please help me I spend hours to download it but found this

hi , what you need to do then is to copy all them files in a folder , (call it what you like !!) then use hjsplit, just click on the first file, and it automatically finds the others and you should have your completed file at the end hope this helps get it here http://www.hjsplit.org/
or you could use that great program 7zip to do it even easier

Yes, HJSplit, browse for .001 file and then extract

You should end up with an ISO..
You must be doing something wrong..
All Razor1911 releases are in ISO format after extracting..
1- Open WinRar
2- Highlight the .001 file
3- Hit the extract button at the top..
Do NOT use HJSplit..Those files are compressed..NOT split..

YES do it what said. open with winrar any file ans extract again. u get iso

also , 7zip will do the same for extracting the files as winrar does
and , yes it is correct that hjsplit is a joining program and splitter ,and not an extraction program, so i do stand corrected on that
