Flight Simulator X problem in Win 7

I have some weird problem with FSX.
When I run the game I get this message:
But this is strange,because I have the latest ATI driver 10.1 and HD4870 graphic card.
I have installed FSX + SP1 + Acceleration pack,cracked it and that message appears.Tried to update DX9c,but it’s no better.I have tried also to run this game in compatibility mode (XP,Vista),run as admin,but no luck.
OS is Windows 7 x64,cpu c2d 8500,4 GB ram.
Does anyone have a solution?
