Firefox – Cant Download

I cant download from Firefox, i tried clearing Cookies, everything and disable IDM but still no, this is what i get
You may not download any more files until your other downloads are complete

go to tools and downloads and cancel all of them

Ctrl+J and cancel/delete.
Btw, try a download manager, such as IDM – much faster downloads.
