Findin Icloud 4s

I need help for 4s ilcoud forgotten no apple id no icloud because i restore it and when i reback it has been updated ios8.1.2 and now i can access in my iphone only figure V****@icloud.com i want to know how is this email and than to reback it can somebody advice me something what iam suppose to do

Well, the best option for you is to bring it to any apple repair shop.

nothing you can really do, if its icloud locked and not stolen you will need to take it to a apply store and they will try to help you.

nope, that won’t work.
I had a broken iPad Air 16GB w/ cellular.
I was told the “mobo” was broke and they’d need to replace it.
got right up to the exchange and the Apple worker said “please login to your iCloud account on our computer and turn off find my iPad”.
so no, it won’t work. unless it’s his own device and find my iPad is off, nothing anyone can do.
saying that, if find my iPad/iPhone is off and it’s his own device and it’s under Apple care; they’ll replace it if it’s faulty….
