Find the recent posts on the forum

Hello,
Is there a way by which i can found the recent posts that have been posted in the forum. Say i need to find which are recent posts posted (in all categories) in last 3 hours or if not in hours, then in days?
So i should get something like:
Posts posted in last 1 day
Apps Section: 4 posts
Movies Section: 10 posts and so on & so forth…

The only thing that I can see is: View posts since last visit
