Files in folder not shown up MP3

Moving files from a dell to a mac and i havent been able to move the music files over cause they are in a format other than mp3. when i go into folder they are not shown up but they are there cause the size of folder is 15.6gb, NEED HELP FIXING THIS AS ITS NOT MY MUSIC THATS LOST…. THANKS IN ADVANCE

Its possible that there just Hidden File and folders. To see them, go Folder Options. Choose the View TAB and click on Show Hidden Files and Folders.
