Fifa 12 pc gamepad problem?

I have a vinyson usb controller for my pc that I use for fifa ect.
I just downloaded fifa 12 and for some reason my right stick doesn’t work at all? It works fine with fifa 11.
Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this problem?
