fallout 3 pink screen

its happened to somebody else? i am trying to run the game and its giving me a crash massage .

Russian version i supposed. At end of the installer where it looks like its frozen its actually extracting textures let it sit for 10 min it will complete.

In the Fallout 3 Launcher, select OPTIONS:
*Lower the Resolution
*Turn Antialiasing OFF
*Turn Anisotropic Filtering OFF
*Set Detail settings to MEDIUM or LOW. Select Advanced for more detail options.
*Turn all water options to LOW or OFF.
*Set Screen Effects to NONE.
