error recovery file

I accidently deleted file a week ago and then i need it what can i do now ??
how do i recover that??

Maybe got corrupted when you tried to recover it. You can try and use another app.

There are only 2 reasons for this to occur:
1. You added new data to the partition after the file
was deleted.
2. You recovered it to the same partition it was deleted from.
In both of these cases the file get’s overwritten,Once that happens
it simply cannot be recovered,Data is only recoverable til overwritten!
